Who we are

This policy explains how the Underground Pool & KTVmember app (“the App”) collects and uses your information. The App is the official member application of Underground Pool & KTV, Blok M, Jakarta.

Information we collect

• Account details — your name, email address, and phone number, provided when you register.
• Google sign-in — if you sign in with Google, we receive only your name and email address from your Google account. We never see or change your Google password.
• Activity in the App — your bookings (billiard tables and KTV rooms), loyalty points balance and history, membership tier, and bottle-keeping records.
• Venue transactions — purchases made at the venue that are linked to your membership for loyalty points.

How we use your information

• To operate your membership: bookings, loyalty points, and member benefits.
• To contact you about your bookings when needed.
• To send account security notifications (for example, password changes).
• To improve the App and our service at the venue.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored securely on our cloud database provider (Supabase) with encrypted connections. Your login session on your phone is stored in encrypted device storage.

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from inside the App: Member tab → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. You may also request deletion by contacting us at the email below.

Age requirement

Underground is a venue for adults. You must be 21 years or older to create an account and use the App.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above.
